Islandview is nestled on a tree-lined street in downtown Trenton, Michigan along the Trenton Channel of the Detroit River. The complex was built in 1987-1988 and takes its name from the view of its neighbor across the river, Grosse Ile.
Islandview is comprised of two buildings with 24 units each, on three floors. Each spacious unit includes two bedrooms and two full baths, with water views from either a patio or balcony. There are also 16 boat wells that can accommodate boats up to 40’ or one jet-ski.
Residents are just steps away from several parks, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, various festivals take place downtown and in Elizabeth Park including the Trenton Summer Festival, Taste of Downriver, Roar on the River, Jazz on the River, Lobsterfest Palooza, Trenton Art Festival, Somewhere in Time, Scarecrow Contest, and the Christmas Parade.
Islandview residents are afforded a front row seat for the Trenton Summer Festival fireworks, which are set off from barges on the river one block to our south.
